How to Prepare forYour Detail
Follow these simple steps to ensure we can deliver the best possible service when we arrive
Remove Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle including: valuables, electronics, loose change, sunglasses, documents, important paperwork, medications, and any items from the glovebox, center console, door pockets, and trunk. You can leave trash - any trash will be collected and taken by us.
IMPORTANT: Any place where personal belongings are left may be skipped by the team.
Check Water Access
Ensure there's an outdoor tap or hose connection within 10 meters of the detailing location. We bring all our equipment, but need a reliable water supply to properly rinse and clean your vehicle.
Verify Electricity Supply
Make sure there's a standard power outlet within 15 meters of the job. Our professional equipment requires electricity to deliver showroom-quality results. We provide extension leads.
Park in Detailing Location
Have your vehicle parked in the booking location before our scheduled arrival time. If possible, park off dirt and on a hard surface. Choose a spot with good access all around the vehicle.
Provide Vehicle Access
Ensure your vehicle is unlocked with keys available so we can move it if needed during the service. If you won't be home, please contact us to arrange a location to leave the keys. Examples: under a mat, in a lockbox, or with a trusted neighbor.
Important Notes
- We typically arrive within a 1-hour window of your scheduled time
- You don't need to be home during the service, as long as access is arranged
- We'll notify you on the day of your booking and when we are enroute
- If weather conditions are unsuitable, we'll reschedule at no extra charge
